Kabita Thapa

Kabita is from Bajura District in Sudurpashchim Province of western Nepal, a region that faces serious food security challenges. She comes from a large farming family and is studying for a B.Sc. in Agriculture at Far Western University. She has a strong interest in horticulture, particularly in reducing post-harvest losses through improved storage, handling, and management. Her goal is to support rural communities, increase farmers’ income, and contribute to improving the livelihood of rural people.
