Bahachan Budha is from Bajura District in Sudurpashchim Province of western Nepal, a region that suffers from severe food insecurity. He is currently studying for a B.Sc. in Agriculture at Far Western University. He is very interested in plant pathology and would like to pursue a career in that field to research diseases of plants and their management.
